Organoleptic characteristics

Of a beautiful mahogany color, very warm, it releases a wide, enveloping fragrance with great personality. It combines the notes of wood, vanilla and raisins, which come from the slow maturation in American oak barrels, with the decisive aromas of undergrowth and raisins. Months of aging give a roundness to its flavor. Rich in aromatic complexity, it is very soft on the palate with initial hints of caramel that evolve towards the taste of vin santo, with enveloping final notes. The olfactory persistence of the fruity accents is prolonged and satisfying.
