American India Pale Ale craft beer, brewed with a high fermentation method, unpasteurised and unfiltered, with re-fermentation in the bottle. With a herbaceous and fruity aroma, it is a very fragrant beer with a honey-yellow colour.
It is characterised by a pronounced and intense bitterness, lingering in the mouth, but balanced by the sweetness of the malt.
Serving temperature: 5/6°C.
