1870 Collesi - Amber

Italian craft beer Ale style with a coppery colour, brewed with a high fermentation method, unpasteurised and unfiltered, with re-fermentation in the bottle, using water from Monte Nerone and barley and hops from the Collesi Estates. . 

A beer that combines balance of flavours and intensity of taste with warm, autumnal tones. Ripe fruit and a rich hint of cereals make it ideal with grilled meats, cheeses and medium-aged meats.
