1870 Collesi - IPA

Italian craft beer IPA with a honey-yellow colour, brewed with the high fermentation method, unpasteurised and unfiltered, with re-fermentation in the bottle, using the Water that flows
from Monte Nerone and barley and hops from the Collesi Estates.
It is characterised by a pronounced and intense bitterness, lingering in the mouth, but balanced by the sweetness of the malt. It is a very fragrant beer with a herbaceous and fruity aroma. It is ideal with fried food, fish carpaccio, white meats and very mature cheeses.
