1870 Collesi - Triple Malt

Italian craft beer Ale style with a golden colour, brewed with a high fermentation method, unpasteurised and unfiltered, with re-fermentation in the bottle, using water from Monte Nerone and barley and hops from the Collesi Estates. 

It has a balanced and harmonious taste with fragrant aromas and notes of freshly picked yellow fruit, hints of peach and apricot. It pairs perfectly with rich first courses, savoury main courses and blue cheeses. Serving temperature: 5/6°C
