1870 Collesi - Blonde

An Italian Pale Ale style craft beer with a veiled blond colour, brewed with a high fermentation method, unpasteurised and unfiltered, with re-fermentation in the bottle, using water flowing from Monte Nerone and barley and hops from the Collesi Estates.

Fresh and delicately perfumed, it brings back light hints of cereals. It is characterised by the intensity of the fresh citrus scent and the prominence of fruity and herbaceous notes.
It is ideal with aperitifs, fresh food, salads and light dishes.
