Collesi will be present at Beer&Food Attraction!

International showcase for Apecchio: beers, gin and spirits from Monte Nerone protagonists at Beer&Food Attraction

From the heart of Le Marche to the international lights of Beer&Food Attraction: from 15 to 17 February the excellence of Apecchio, a small village in the province of Pesaro-Urbino, land at the Rimini Trade Fair bringing with it a story of territory, pure water and craftsmanship. Protagonists of this tale are the Tenute Collesi, a benchmark in the Italian beverage scene.

Beer&Food Attraction today represents one of the most important events in Europe dedicated to the world of eating out, a reference point for breweries, distilleries, beverage producers and catering operators. In this context, the presence of Collesi takes on the value of a true Marche embassy of taste.

Collesi company talks about the Marche region through distillation and a new line of craft beers

The history of Tenute Collesi is the brainchild of Giuseppe Collesi, who in 1997 decided to give shape to a project deeply linked to his land. Apecchio is not a random choice: we are at an altitude of around 700 metres, in an uncontaminated natural environment, characterised by very low humidity and wide temperature ranges. Ideal conditions for the preservation of raw materials and for a distillation process that aims at absolute excellence. The distillery officially opened at the end of 2001 and already in 2002 awards and recognitions began to arrive, marking a path of constant growth that has made Grappe Collesi a reference brand on a national level. Alongside distillation, Collesi also established the Tenute Collesi Beer Factory, also in Apecchio, at Pian della Serra. Here, too, territory plays a central role: the purest water from Monte Nerone, which flows from uncontaminated natural springs, is one of the key elements that give Collesi beers balance, harmony and an unmistakable structure.

At Beer&Food Attraction 2026 Collesi will be in Hall D1 stand 120 to present the line Beer 1870 - Italian Craft Method, four top-fermented, unpasteurised beers with natural re-fermentation in the bottle, united by a single soul and a taste path that tells of a deep connection with the territory. A production that bears the signature of Belgian master brewer Marc Knops, capable of combining the elegance of Trappist beers with Italian identity, resulting in products with great international appeal.

What's new in 2026: from Gin to Grappa via the launch of Italian Whisky

Next to beers, ample space is dedicated to the world of spirits. From historic grappas to liqueurs, from brandy to Collesi Gin, made with water from Monte Nerone, barley grown on Collesi estates and a selection of botanicals that tell the story of the Marche Apennines: local juniper, sour cherries, hops, wild rose, walnut husk and Italian citrus peel. The range is completed by Collesi Vodka and a selection of spirits that confirm the company's versatility and contemporary vision.

The gaze, however, is already turned to the future. It is precisely at Beer&Food Attraction that one of the most eagerly awaited novelties takes shape: the start of the distillation of Collesi Beer to create a Italian whisky, ambitious project marking a new chapter in the company's history and combining experimentation, patience and deep respect for raw materials.
