We present 3 new gins from our Distilleries: Amarillo, Saaz e Barrel Reserve they are the new trio preparing to surprise fans and connoisseurs alike.
Like all spirits Collesi, also the three new Gin are made from top-quality ingredients that the company receives as a gift from an extraordinary territory: the purest spring water, the best barley and, above all, the berries of a prized juniper, typical of the Apennines and appreciated all over the world. It is this last plant that makes the Gin Collesi, marrying with other refined aromatic components that testify to a true art of distillation.
Gin Amarillo is a gin that combines juniper berries with amarillo hops - with their characteristic intense, citrusy and floral aroma - and complements it with orange and grapefruit peel. The impact on the palate reveals a smooth and balanced taste, expressing in the second instance a right citrus freshness, which returns to the nose where it is enriched with notes and also recalls tropical fruits.
Apennine Juniper, Gin Saaz combines characteristic Saaz hops - with a slightly spicy taste and delicate aroma - with rosemary and mint. With an edgy, dynamic taste, well modulated by spices and with a lively rhythm that envelops the palate, Amarillo shows balance, good persistence and very marked herbaceous suggestions. On the nose, it presents distinct hints of aromatic herbs, juniper and flowering hops, which in the second stage welcome balsamic hints of fresh mint.
Made with juniper, sour cherries, walnut husk, hops, wild rose, orange peel and lemon peel, Gin Barrel Reserve unlike the others, it is a gin aged in barriques, where it rests for a year, taking on a golden colour and characteristic notes of vanilla, wood and caramel. In the aromatic, delicate and fruity bouquet, lemon, orange, juniper and sour cherry, a prized and rare variety of cherry native to the Marche region, also stand out, for a fresh, enveloping taste of great finesse.
Attention to detail is not only in the quality of an excellent product, but also in the elegant and contemporary design of the bottle that makes all Collesi spirits unique and recognisable: tall and slender, it is embellished with a bas-relief decoration on the glass.
