A premium gin subjected to a patient ageing process and obtained from a selection of excellent raw materials. Barley grown on the Collesi estates, the purest water from Monte Nerone and no less than seven botanicals: juniper berries typical of the Apennines, sour cherries from the Marche region with their sweet and juicy flesh, wild roses and Italian orange and lemon peel. The ingredients, artfully calibrated with each other, are left to infuse in a full-grain alcohol base. The infusion, diluted with pure water from Monte Nerone, is then chilled to -15° for at least 30 hours, filtered and aged in barriques for one year.
PRIZES AND AWARDS:

Organoleptic characteristics
The precious golden colour of this gin heralds its extraordinary sensory richness. On the nose, it reveals a delicate fruity bouquet, in which the freshness of lemon and orange, the delicate sweetness of sour cherry and the dry tone of juniper stand out, together with the persuasive, velvety notes of vanilla provided by the barrique wood. Immediately afterwards, a retro-nasal of citrus accents, wood and caramel. Equally elegant and enveloping is the taste, with great freshness and aromatic finesse.
