The distinct personality of this gin stems from the Saaz hops, a noble variety from the Czech Republic known for its delicate herbaceous and spicy aroma. The ingredients, all carefully selected, include rosemary, mint and fine juniper berries from the Apennines, together with the purest waters from Monte Nerone. The botanicals, dosed with balance, are left to infuse in a full-grain alcohol base. The infusion is then diluted with water from Monte Nerone, refrigerated at -15° for at least 30 hours, filtered and bottled.
