High-fermentation, unpasteurised, naturally re-fermented blond beer.
Created on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the first Magnum we produced, it is distinguished by its luminous golden colour and its compact, persistent and very fine foam, the hallmark of its craftsmanship.
The nose opens with fragrant and harmonious aromas: malty notes blend with fruity hints of peach and apricot, accompanied by light nuances of vanilla, honey and bread crust.
The palate is balanced and enveloping, with a soft, mellow structure that evolves into a fruity, delicately sweet finish. An intense and refined interpretation, capable of combining strength and roundness in perfect harmony.
Gastronomic pairings
Its full-bodiedness makes it ideal as a beer for the whole meal, but it is at its best with more structured and complex first courses, such as risottos, lasagnes and pasta timbales with game ragout as well as ravioli, tortellini and cannelloni stuffed with meat, and with more robust second courses such as roasts and stews. Exceptional with blue cheeses of all origins, from gorgonzola to fourme d'ambert.
