Organoleptic characteristics

Very clear in colour and generous from the start, it reveals intense, enveloping aromas of black cherry, raspberries and plums. The final sensation on the nose is one of great elegance, harmony and roundness. Soft and rich on the palate, enhanced by the extreme finesse of fresh pomace.
