A precious grappa made from fresh pomace of red Sangiovese grapes. Characterised by its typical small fruit, this grape is the same one used for a high quality wine such as Brunello di Montalcino. The bain-marie distillation method keeps the rich aromas of an unforgettable grappa intact.

Clear and brilliant to the eye, it is extremely harmonious on the nose. Its aroma releases the dense, enveloping and intense notes of red grapes. It reveals a soft and persuasive taste on the palate. Its persistence is remarkable. The palate remains sweet and velvety, with a pleasant final note of delicate, fresh berries.
