For this grappa, rich in sensory emotions, only fresh pomace from the red Montepulciano grape, characterised by its excellent acidity and high sugar content, is used. This is the same grape variety that gives rise to great wines appreciated worldwide for their generosity of taste. Bain-marie distillation
brings out and enhances the hints of fruit and partly undergrowth.
Organoleptic characteristics
Clear to the eye, fine and decisive in taste, it releases an intense and evocative fragrance. Its aromas are reminiscent of a walk in the woods. There are distinct sensations of freshly picked strawberries and blackberries, together with grape skins. The palate also recovers nuances of fruit and in particular berries. Persistent on the nose, it closes in the finish with pleasant aromatic memories.
