Organoleptic characteristics
The very bright and brilliant transparency heralds the sunny fragrance, with a distinct hint of figs and yellow fruit and floral notes. To enrich the bouquet, hints of field grasses, hay and chlorophyll emerge, evoking the wine's characteristics. The alcoholic note stands out on the palate, but with great balance and finesse. Excellent olfactory persistence, with hints of grapes and a warm, soft finish.
