The fermented pomace comes from prized red Lacrima di Morro d'Alba grapes from the Marche region, characterised by good acidity and medium sugar content. Bain-marie distillation is carried out using the discontinuous steam method, fully expressing the rich floral nuances that make this young grappa of absolute excellence unique.
Organoleptic characteristics
A transparent and luminous grappa, rich in olfactory nuances. Its fragrance opens on the soft notes of plum that meet those of peppermint and flowers. Precious green notes complete a variegated bouquet, where the hint of rose is clearly recognisable and at the same time discreet and muffled. The taste is velvety and imposing, with a decidedly balanced alcoholic vein. Very prolonged persistence on the palate and nose, with the surprising final touch of white pear.
