Distilled with fine botanicals and the unmistakable Collesi craftsmanship, Gin Street Art is an explosion of aromas and personality. Dry, elegant and assertive, it interprets the classic Gin Dry with a contemporary style, like a graffito on a metropolitan wall: direct, impactful, unforgettable.
The bottle is screen-printed with an original work signed by a street artist: Gin becomes canvas, the city becomes spirit.
Collesi Dry Gin is based on an ancient recipe created by Giuseppe Collesi and is made from the finest Italian ingredients. The raw materials are skilfully distilled in a bain-marie using the discontinuous steam method, where the head and tail are eliminated, so as to isolate the heart, rich in those fragrances that clearly identify the botanicals used.
After the distillation phase, the gin is left to rest for at least 6 months in steel silos, after which it is brought to the desired strength with pure Monte Nerone water, refrigerated at -8° C for at least 36 hours in order to remove all the essential oils from the distillate and give it a clean character. It is then filtered five times and bottled.
